What I do
I’m a member of Tone it Up so I follow their meal plan with 5 meals a day.

Every morning I do my bootycall (either with Blogilates, Bexlife, Sarahfit, Tone it Up 30 day shred, or random youtube videos or walking outside.)
I try and workout outside of bootycall 6x a week. Here’s a sample of what my week looks like:
Monday: C25K + full body workout/legs
Tuesday: Spin Class 45 mins
Wednesday: C25K + full body workout/arms and shoulders
Thursday: Spin Class 1 hour
Friday: C25K + full body workout
Saturday: HIIT on Treadmill + Abs
Sunday: Rest
I always switch up my workouts. I’m always printing out new workouts from different websites. I switch up my workout routine every two weeks at the most. I get bored easily and I do workouts on different areas I think I need to work on that day. Yep..that’s pretty much what I’m doing right now. :)
